Core Energetics is a powerful form of body psychotherapy oriented to personal growth and takes into account all aspects of being: body, mind, spirit, emotions, will.

Core Energetics uses breathing techniques, body movement and interpersonal relationships, as well as the use of the voice to create consciousness of the true self.

It allows to heal old wounds, to express the best of their potential, to enjoy life, to become aware of the ways in which one is prevented from living a deeply fulfilling life; for example, blocking energy and emotions in some parts of the body. By learning how to move the energy into the body, you learn to free emotions and get in touch with all feelings, becoming more alive, powerful, joyful, daring...

Core Energetics is an efficient, playful, creative and fun way that, by supporting those involved, is able to cope with life situations and fully bring to light its qualities, dynamism and the joy of its vital energy!

As children, we've all bared a piece of us. We have hidden or repressed certain feelings - such as hatred or love, anger, badness - because we realized that by expressing them we would end up in trouble: we felt that we would not get the needed love, care or protection expressing ourselves completely. We have therefore chosen to limit our being in order to preserve relationships with the people we loved and depend upon. Probably at the moment it was the right decision. But today, if we continue to suppress parts of us as we did as children, we limit our strength and vitality to our present life. We compromise the intense pleasure, the natural wishes, and the joy that we could live by adults. So the first step in the Core Energetics process is to confront the wounds of childhood and learn to make new choices, according to our real needs. Now that we no longer depend on our parents or those who took care of us, we no longer have to live only with compromises: we can learn to be fully ourselves, to express ourselves, to listen and to let our impulses flow, provided that this is our choice.

Core Energetics is a creative act that transforms the body, emotions and spirit, allowing the energy to flow and the consciousness to evolve. It brings every person into contact with the beauty and dignity of the true self. It allows living deeper, honest, and courageous relationships with all the people around us (family, friends, lovers).

My path:

My name is Silvia Rissone Gatti, and I was born and raised in Lugano. I started a path of personal growth in 2005. In 2010 I came across Core Energetics and I felt this was my way, so in 2013 I enrolled at

           NICE

           Netherlands Institute

           of Core Energetics

and I graduated as "Core Energetics Body Psychotherapist" on June 10, 2017.
The following year I took the “Post Graduate Training”,  again in Holland, and at the same time I started as assistant in the Italian Core Energetics Institute.

I work with clients since June 2015.

Since I met Core I feel alive, strong, beautiful. In my heart there is enthusiasm, joy, trust and faith. I have recovered a lot of pieces of myself. I'm free to express all my colours. I'm authentic, in my integrity.

Of course I'm aware that I still have a lot of work to do. Sometimes I fall back into the same dynamics, but every time I am able to evolve and observing my changes is wonderful.

I can deal with indulgence, ask for help if I need it and stay on my legs. I gave voice to my wild side, to passion, to love.

I do not feel alone anymore (I've never been alone, just I did not know) and I'm going to fully enjoy life that I love unconditionally.

To whom I address myself:

I work mainly with young people and adults who want to overcome their fears, improve interpersonal relationships, family life and free their creativity, but feel alone, insecure, and experience conflicting relationships.

I offer private sessions where they can experience different techniques to find stability, confidence and independence, without any judgment.
